What's the difference between a planner and coordinator? Why should I hire one?
A planner makes critical decisions regarding what, when, who, and how. Coordinators are like the "stage directors" in a play. Coordinators take care of logistics and resolving any day of event-related issues.

My venue includes a coordinator. Why do I need to hire an additional coordinator?
Where a venue coordinator takes care of all things building related, a wedding coordinator takes care of all things people: your wedding party, vendor management, the timing of all activities, and who is doing what and when.
What form of payment do you accept and do you offer payment plans?
We accept payment through HoneyBook with a 3% service fee. Yes, we offer payment plans!
How far in advance should we book?
As early as possible! We book up to 24 months in advance for full/partial planning services, and 12 months in advance for coordination services. Booking your vendors early allows you to create a more affordable payment plan and limit stress closer to your wedding date.
Will you work with vendors we select, or only those you recommend?
We have an extensive list of vendors that we have worked with, and we are always open to working with new, professional vendors. If you don't have any vendors in mind, don't worry - we have suggestions that will fit your event.
How many weddings do you take per weekend?
One! This allows us to be best prepared and focused on all the details of your event!
Do you offer any discounts?
We offer a 10% discount if your or your fiancé are active military or veteran, first responders, healthcare workers, or teachers. Thank you for all you do! Inquire to discuss custom tailored package pricing.
